How long have you been with the Sacramento SPCA
4 years, since 2017.
Where do you live?
My family and I live in Granite Bay.
Tell us a little about your day, what do you do, what
have you done?
I am an in house counsel for a software company based in San Francisco. I am now permanently working from home, which has been great for my little dog. Bear sits on my lap the entire day and is the best coworker. When I am not working, I am usually enjoying time with my little kids.
Are you currently participating in any other
organizations or associations?
I am a founding member and on the Board of the Berkeley Haas Alumni Network here in Sacramento. Go Bears!
Any past affiliations you would like to
I coached basketball at St. Francis for seven seasons.
What unique talents and skills do you bring to the SSPCA
I love to connect people, especially animal lovers. I also have a unique skill set as a lawyer with an MBA.
We would love to hear about your family, starting with
Bear is almost 10 years old and just the best! I adore my little guy and I am so excited to be working from home with him. I also have two kids, Teddy (1) and Giuliana (3), who keep me very busy. I joined the Board when I was pregnant with Giuliana and the group has been so supportive of my role as a working mom.
Finally, what excites you about being part of the SSPCA
board of directors?
Being part of a group who makes things happen to support animals. The Board’s work this past year was inspiring and marks the beginning of what we can accomplish together. Under Kenn’s leadership, we are well poised to creating a lasting impact.
