Thank you for choosing the Sacramento SPCA for your community service project! We appreciate the contributions we receive from students, youth groups, and scout troops. Once you have submitted your application either online or by mail, you may begin your project. You will not receive a confirmation that your application has arrived. I fully understand and agree that my services to the Sacramento SPCA are provided strictly in a volunteer capacity. I fully understand and agree to assume all risks involved in any and all duties that I perform for the Sacramento SPCA in my volunteer capacity. For any reason whatsoever, while performing my volunteer services, the Sacramento SPCA may terminate my services.

On behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, executors and administrators or anyone else who might make a claim on my behalf, I hereby release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sacramento SPCA, its agents, servants and employees from any and all claims, causes of action or demands of any nature connected with my volunteer agreement and service. I allow the Sacramento SPCA to use any photographs taken of me for use in public relations efforts and hold the Sacramento SPCA harmless for any and all loss or damage to my personal property while performing volunteer services for the Sacramento SPCA.

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of the foregoing volunteer agreement and that I will comply with same.

As parent or legal guardian of the above-named volunteer, I hereby give my consent to allow my child to volunteer services for the Sacramento SPCA as described in this volunteer agreement. I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of the foregoing volunteer agreement.
