Tangerine DJ Meow$er$ Perez
Adopted 2016

In March 2016, we adopted “Tangie” now called “Tangerine DJ Meow$er$ Perez.” I fell immediately in love when I saw him online and we went into go visit him. He was absolutely terrified to leave his little carpet house in the area where he was staying. So terrified in fact that he had to be carried out by a volunteer in the carpet house to the meeting room. He did not want to leave that carpet house and was so scared that he was just hiding in every place possible. I was told that he was one of nine cats that was rescued from a hoarding house.

Louis
Adopted 2016

As I snuggle on the couch, recovering from an appendectomy with Louis, our new cat, I just had to write to say how thoroughly happy we are with our new family addition.

Louis, either a Russian Blue or (I think) Korat, is 9 years old and had some dental issues. He was no spring chicken, but has turned out to be so gentle and so fun!

He adores playing with his favorite toy – a kite string. He will play with it until you get tired, then find a box to squeeze into, or take a nap on your hands while typing. Ha!

Bambino
Adopted 2016

Hello SSPCA Staff, We adopted a cute little 13-year old boy named Bambino on June 29, and he has been a joy.He has been just what we wanted in a dog. He is very loving and he likes to play with the toys we got him and go on walks down our private road. His favorite toy is a duck with a Davy Crockett hat. He slings that thing around, sometimes throwing it into the air. He sleeps in his own bed on the foot of our bed. If he is the first to wake up, we awake to him looking for eye contact with us.Then, he crawls out of his bed and comes to give us good morning kisses.

Bilbo Baggins
Adopted 2016

I adopted Bilbo Baggins almost two weeks ago and have to say he is the cutest, smartest, best-behaved goofball I’ve ever known!  I loved the name you gave him and am keeping it.  He had his first grooming today, and while he may look different, the personality definitely hasn’t changed.  He was even “dancing” with the groomer!  I’ve attached some before-and-after shots.

Thank you so much!
