That’s how many spay and neuter surgeries Sacramento SPCA veterinarians will perform this year alone!   The SPCA operates the only high-volume spay/neuter clinic in Northern California, and we recently opened a second, off-site clinic to accommodate even more surgeries.

Veterinarians at the SPCA’s two spay/neuter clinics are performing these lifesaving surgeries seven days per week as part of our on-going effort to curb pet overpopulation in the Sacramento region.

The clinics are open to residents of Sacramento County BY APPOINTMENT ONLY with drop off from 7:15AM to 8AM and pick up from 4PM to 5PM.

In addition to spay/neuter appointments for dogs, cats and rabbits, the SPCA offers special clinics for feral cats, as well as our “We Pay to Spay” clinics which provide free surgeries for pit bulls and pit bull mixes.
