Before filling out this application, be sure you've read about volunteering and volunteer positions available.
This is a multi-step process: fill, print, sign, and mail!
The volunteer form requires a legal hand signature. Therefore, we cannot process volunteer applications online. However, this form will create a custom form for you to print out, sign and send!
- Make sure you have version 4 or greater of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. This form will not work without it.
- After you fill out and submit this form, your computer will download a customized PDF document with the information you filled out. Print this form on your printer.
- Sign the second page, and if you are not already a member, please consider becoming a member!
- Bring the completed form(s) with you to the New Volunteer Orientation of your choice. Please see our calendar for upcoming dates and details. If you have any questions about our Volunteer Orientation, please email the Volunteer Department.
