Sacramento SPCA announces FUR-LOW FRIDAYS News & Events >> Press Releases >>Sacramento SPCA announces FUR-LOW FRIDAYS January 14, 2010 (Sacramento, CA) -- The Sacramento SPCA announces the start of FUR-LOW FRIDAYS. Beginning this Friday, January 15, the SPCA will offer the half-off FUR-LOW FRIDAYS adoption specials on all available SPCA animals. FUR-LOW Friday adoption specials are valid Fridays only, and for a limited time. "We figured we had better get in on Sacramento's furlough days while they last," said Rick Johnson, SPCA Executive Director. "We hope that FUR-LOW Fridays will not only increase the adoption of homeless animals, but will also help to ease the financial burden being felt by many of us here in the region, while bringing a great deal of joy to those who are able to find the right companion animal." To take advantage of FUR-LOW Fridays, visit the Sacramento SPCA at 6201 Florin Perkins Road in Sacramento on Fridays from 11 am -- 6 pm.
