September 15, 2009 Whether you are planning on wearing something elegant or something more ghoulish this Halloween, the Sacramento SPCA Thrift Store has what you're looking for -- and at prices you just can't beat. The store, located at 1517 E Street in Sacramento, is currently featuring an array of costumes for men, women and children. From vintage and Victorian to gypsy and generally spooky, the store has assembled a large collection of original costumes, including all the accessories. Thrift Store staff members are more than happy to help customers assemble a prize-winning costume. Costume prices range from $5 to $50. The SPCA Thrift Store is open seven days a week - Tuesday -- Friday from 10am -- 6pm, Saturday 10am -- 5pm and Sunday -- Monday from noon -- 5pm.
