Description:	Meet Parker, a little kitten that came to the shelter as a stray. He lacks a tail and some coordination, but makes up for it in love and cuteness! Parker needs a special, loving home, where he will be kept inside. He has cerebellar hypoplasia, which only effects his ability to stay still. He shakes quite a bit, but does everything a kitten should do and can live a normal, healthy life.
